So I went to a conference for girls and people who influence them (mother, friend, sister etc.). I couldn't go the whole day becuase my dog is still trying to get better. But it was amazing.
I learned self-defense and for once, the presenter took time with me, actually showing me what to do. Also, the keynote speaker is a TV reporter who's also quadraplegic. She really inspired me. She took time to chat with me afterwords too! I just think that they all deserve a big pat on the back!
